What is a Lightboard?
A Lightboard is a teaching tool for video presentations that utilizes a clear glass board for you to create and draw lessons on, while still maintaining eye contact with your students.
Have you ever wanted to use a whiteboard in a video? Are you frustrated that you have to keep turning away from the camera to write on the white board? The light board is a tool that allows you to engage with your virtual students while still drawing out your lessons.
A lightboard allows you to record a lecture that you can use over and over again in your on campus, hybrid, or virtual course.
Can I use one at TRU?
At TRU we have a high quality light board that you can book at anytime to record lectures.
